Organic Baby Porridge

- 1/4 cup organic rolled oats
- 1 tbsp organic quinoa rinsed well
- 1 cup water or breast milk/formula after cooking
- 1/4 ripe banana mashed
- Dash of cinnamon optional
In a small saucepan, combine oats, quinoa, and water.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until grains are soft and water is absorbed.
Blend or mash to desired consistency (depending on age).
Stir in mashed banana or a dash of cinnamon if using.
Let cool before serving (because we’ve all been burned by the “it doesn’t look that hot” lie).
